Selected the dress and applied b&w and curves adjustment to turn it into a black party dress; also adjusted the color of the hair and skin with curves. Details like eyes, lips and eyebrows were done as well.

Applied artistic filter on the bg; using eliptical marquee tool selected an oval part, adjusting the feather. Then selected inverse and cut.
