Source photo is added to the pier photo which will become the background. The dock with the tires has been cloned away with patterns of the rocks already there.

Girl with guitar is added to end of pier and has to be chopped and scaled down to proper size.

Trees have been extended using smudge and brush tools, then tops are cloned in.

Cabin source photo is moved in to be chopped then sized to fit location along shoreline.

Here cabin has been chopped and sized, then duplicated, flipped vertically to use reflection of boats. Other reflections are cloned from bushes and rocks.

Gulls are added now, chopped, then duplicated and rotated. They are all sized at different sizes according to their placement to help give more perspective to the design.

Finally, some light and shadow changes are made to the girl and the guitar, then very low opacity filters in brown, blue and gold are placed over the entire merged piece.
