New layer: transparent rainbow gradient and polar coordinates.

New layer: the same process, lowering the opacity into 50%, and flipping vertically.

Starting the card: with rounded rectangle tool, created a card form and filled with light yellow color.

Creating the logo: using pen tool, I drew the letters C, and double P, with shape of a cup. Filled with yellow.

Duplicated the logo and changed color into purple. Put the layer below the yellow one.

Duplicated the two layers, resized and changed the colors into grey (light and dark), cutting the excess.

Wrote the shop's name with the same color of the logo, and rasterized types.

New layer: description of the shop and service. In other layer, the address, phone, e-mail and names for contact (everything fictitious).
