cut the wind mill and its base with pen tool with .08 feather

several part of the mill source image is cutted ..layers are joined togather,,,and bit distort ,,skew and prespective change job here and there

using cs4 grass brush did put some grass on the flying land

using clone stamp tool ..removed the windmill and..took the cloud back ground

put the moon there and used gradient overly to made it look like this

put the land and the windmill there and masked out some clouds

using slipse tool made 2 symmetric shape filled with blue colour...then. put them togather,,,and wraped ..then used the outer glow and gradient overlay.and made the blue thing around the wind mill

using gradient tool made the back ground look like this..it was radial gradient..then created another layer named stars and put some whit dots using two type of photoshop brush,,then used the outer glow to made those more realistic....used cool photo filter and color adjustment to make the flying land blue

used 6 different type of thinder brush for modifying the rottars...of the mill..and used adjustment>curves>color negetive and photo filterto make the windmill like this

put the angel in there,,and,,used outer glow..made a new layer and put some blue dots and stars...used glow and photo filter..using diffuse glow..and color adjuistment i made this image into the final one..this is a sharp one..compared to the bit blurry one ..i tght the seconed one is way to good ..so that was the final
