This is the house that was the offices for the agency called Franklin Roberts Carlyle, named after the three principals. Richard Franklin Webb was the creative director - I bet you thought this referred to Ben Franklin. I doubt they were relatives, but you never know. A beautiful house, the winding staircase led to the third floor where the art dept. was, complete with stat camera in the bathroom! Those were some of the best years of my career, I had the opportunity to do national marine advertising.

The house has since been turned into a bed and breakfast. That's the sign that I modified for this entry.
