Place the ground, the sky, the mountain into one canvas. Distort the ground and the cloud to increase the depth of the photo

Cut out the Death and the frame from the source, place to the center of the photo

I want the frame to be bigger. So choose the frame region and increase its size

Now use the clone tool to remove the hands of the death on the frame. Also, I want the frame looks thinner, so I choose the inside area of the frame and increase the size, then convert it to BW image.

The right hand and the foot of the Death were removed in previous step, now I convert the Death to BW (the black and white tool in image adustment). Place both the Death and the Frame higher

Put the photo of the lake covering the frame with the bridge outside. Use pen tool to cut out the unnecessary parts, fit the photo to the frame like what I did.

Convert the outside part of the bridge to BW. Use some part of the bridge to elongate it to the bottom of the photo. Use lens blur to make the fake Depth of Field near the bottom and on the far image. Increase the contrast of the image by curve tool. In the final step, duplicate the whole image, blur out, then blend back with the overlay option, we will have the Dreamy effect
