The making of this entry is pretty easy with basic tools.

Now, extract them by pen tool, placing them in the new file with the "Kiss me" background

Black out the two side of the background to make the viewers focus on the main objects (use gradient tool)

Draw the "heart eyes" of the left hand by Custom shape tool, use the blending option "Overlay", duplicate the layer.

Use pen to draw the eyes of the right hand
