Extract what I need from layers, invert the X-ray and control the hue to have this color

Clean the hand, use the eraser to make the transparent look
step 4 of 7
Duplicate the heart layer, use the Chrome filter, one more layer in the bottom is applied the Gaussian blur to make the aura.

Make the cloud below the devil by white brush, then blur
step 6 of 7
Convert the red color on the angel's costume to white by duplicate the angel layer, use the tool selective color, minimize the red channel to white, repeat several time until it becomes white. Use eraser to delete the other part, they white part will blend with the below layer
step 7 of 7
Fine tuning the image by fixing the edges of the character, then apply the warm photo filter.
