i used the flame pic on my source and set the blending mode dissolve on the source pic
step 2 of 4
second i get the island pic and set the blending mode on dissolve too so its look like the leg is under water and masked the leg
step 3 of 4
then i added tree branch on the top of the leg and the blending mode again dissolve and used the hue saturation to change the color from green to blue
step 4 of 4
and this the after all modifications
