Burn tool with round shape used for basic eyes with whites made with dodge tool.

White hat is fashioned with the dodge tool.

The shift key is used with burn tool to fashion straight edges of hat, and even at small increments to do curved top and rim of hat. Hands are started and also a few bubbles. A black band is added to the white hat with burn too.

Some lighter highlights are started on bubbles, setting dodge tool to midtone setting at 90%, and work is started on hands to refine the edges with the smudge tool.

More finishing is done to 3 of the hands. They are being filled in pretty solid white or black, then with dodge tool set at a very soft setting (around 4 or 5%) edges will be shaded. (dodge tool on Black and burn tool on White)

Another glove has been added at bottom corner with dodge tool, edges with burn tool, more bubbles have also been added. Mouth is also added on left face using burn tool.

Here I decided to add some hair on right face with burn tool, some at 100% and a few about 70%. More final touches overall.
