used brushes with different settings to achieve the outline... mostly burn and dodge...

continued to dodge to get the bkgrnd snowy mountains.. and used dodge and burn with diff brushes to get bumped landmass...

concentrated more on grass and fish... used smudge to correct the edges... burned and dodged the details...
step 4 of 4
copied the diff parts and flipped vertically and reduced the opacity to get reflections... finally duplicated layers and overlayed to enhanced the effects...
