Cut out the jaw from the fow, pasted in, enlarged, warped to fit the flower, and masked out all but the teeth and tongue.

Cloned out the stamens (stems in the flower, and dodged in shadows to add depth to the inside of the mouth and around the teeth

Then cut out some leaves and placed behind the flower, use dodge/burn to darken them and add some highlights. Also added some bloos to the teeth and leaves and did a couple of last touchups.
