I used only the source image.1st with pen tool cot out the flower and re-size

I did some warping of the flower to open it a bit,and then use gradient tool , hue/sat. adjustment on the flower
step 3 of 4
Created circle and added gaussian blur,deleted extra glow from the flower
step 4 of 4
Brush tool to create particles and light pole, added circle under flower with some smoke and lower fill and opacity ,added some shade and some little tweaking and here it is.....and thanks to Denis for his tutorial
