I straightened the image and then cropped it

Roughly selected the bench and colorized it using hue/saturation. Also cleaned up some edges.

Added bevel and emboss filter.

Added gaussian blur and changed blending mode to soft light.

Lowered opacity to 5%.

Used blur tool on the backround and parts of the bench and dodge tool on the backround.

I darkened the leaves a bit as they were too distracting.
