Copied burger from original photo and put it on top of bun, adjusting the size to accurately cover old burger

Cut fries from their background image

Using the perspective and scaling free transform tools adjusted the fries so they looked more like they would be sitting on a plate at that prospective. Also adjusted the saturation and hue slightly to make it match the image better
step 4 of 5
Touched up around the fries and burger, removing sections that were crudely chopped out, and removing the fries by the bun, so it would appear that the fries are sitting behind the bun.
step 5 of 5
Finally added a slight shadow under the lettuce to match the slight shadow already present under the bun
