i duplaicated the butterfly image, and changed the overall hue.

I cropped and resized her face, duplicated the layer, added a cutout filter, and blended on screen....

I copied/pasted two pieces of her face, waped and added a slight inner shadow around the turned edges.

I copied pieces of the zipper and warped them to fit the edges.....smoothing the shape with the eraser.

I copied the original image of the model, added heavy gaussian blur, and blended on overlay for a deeper toned smoothing effect....
