started with nice background
used filter> render >clouds

then i used free transform to move the clouded layer little bit upward

below the clouded layer i added a new layer and filled with a gradient(linear gradient of black and 70% grey)

opened the zipper image and erased the extra part from it using a pen tool

now comes the Cigarette first i cut the top half then copied it and flipped it to get a v
then i merged it and use wrap tool

now combined the previous two images

then added coffin behind all the layer and used layer mask
then i put all the layer in one group then copied that group flipped it and added layer mask to it to get a reflection
