I first made this "sketch" on paper lol - don't laugh, it WAS helpful :)))

I then opened PS, took a pen tool and made this sketch

Again with a pen tool I made this baclground - then blurred it a bit and decresed the layer's opacity to 70%..
The back background so to say lol is difference clouds (light peach and classic purple colours), some smudge tool and a dark green layer on top with overlay mode.
The Keeper is drawn with a pen tool then I used a standard PS brush to make the texture, plus some burn tool.
