keep painting until desired level is aquired. the glasses rendering was done by a preset ps style.

with polygon lasso tool draw in burst and fill with color

replace flattened character and add banner, starburst and candy logo

with pen draw "slime" and fill with color.

create slimy gel with glass button layer style. teek composition until desired layout is achieved
