Removed pendant from original image by using clone stamp tool and heal brush.

Added more danglers in different positions to prepare letters place.
Duplicated image, desaturated it and changed blending mode to hard light to get more contrast in shadows and highlights.

In this step you can see in details how I added the dimaonds and rendered the glowing look.
