Used 30pxl gaussian blur, check the box in the history pannel, then ctrl+z to cancel blur and used history brush to soften skin and reduce its roughness. Whiten fibers of an eyes with dodge and darken iris with burn.

Drew the eyelashes with grass brush, to give skin peach hue took soft brush with 20% opacity and used it on face and legs, also to align lips tone used the same technique.

To create expressive glance used new adjusment hue/saturation layer. Changed background to grass.

Decreased saturation of the grass and created shadow with burn tool.
On the final image I've changed contrast of the image, used vignette effect (lens correction filter), added "before" photo and text.
