I used the smudege tool and stretched out my own teeth then I painted the rest of the the length

I used the lasso tool to select every part of the girl except for the hand and hair and added the gaussian blur of 8.7 pixels to smooth the skin

here I used the dodge tool for the center of the eyes and then made a new layer used the eye color as a shadow color applied that with a brush and and blended the layer with the color burn. I painted the nail black and put a little white on it for a shine. I just used black brush for the eye liner. After all the brushes I gaussian blur it to blend better

the blood is tricky. I used the lasso tool and selected the path for the blood drip and feathered it slightly hit image-adjustment-variation-and kept doing that until I liked it. Blur and smudge away. I learned this technique from this tutorial. I painted the lips black made the girl's skin white by adding a sepia filter and changing the levels of the image. i also changed the hair by using the levels

I added lashes did some more blending and smudging added the background and burnt the edges of the girl to give her more detail...
