Removed blemishes with healing brush.

Soften select areas of skin, hair and background. I used a blurred version of the healed layer with a mask, and painted with a transparent brush to remove sections from the blur.

Whitened teeth, and eye enhancements using another curves adjustment layer and selective masking.
