First, I created the mouth from the strawberry. Burn and Dodge tool.

Them, I created the eye from the lemon, lemon slice, orange and lime.

I used the mango as a head. Placed the eyes and mouth.

Used Liquify on the pear to make it look like a nose. Watermelons as eyebrows. Added some shadows on the face.

Started creating the hat from the pineapple, grapes and bananas.

Added raspberries, orange and blackberries. Created a shadow. Modified the eyes. Masked the nose.

Changed Brightness/Contrast and Hue/Saturation of the apples to make different ones. Placed them all as a body.

Removed the glows on the apples. Added shadows. Created the necklace and earrings from the raspberries, blackberry and cherry.

Created the table with Fibers and Motion Blur, Burn and Dodge tools. Used gradient for background.
