At first take 3 images...

...then create new layer (blue background) do there 3 white points and go to guassian blur...

...cut images and put on the points...

...make some black partitions...

...change a color with hue, but at first copy a background with points...
step 6 of 7
...now pretend a layer and press Crl+Shift+U, to take color off...
step 7 of 7
...change curves and add really good text in position.
