Masked the girl with the Pen Tool, and the leopard with the Eraser (Spatter Brush) and Pen tool.

Made color, contrast adjustments etc. and fixed the eye of the leopard.

Adjusted Hue/Saturation, Brightness/Contrast... and fixed the eye of the girl.

Changed the hair, added lipstick. Extracted the mask with the pen tool.

Made the "hat" from the peacock tail.

Roughly drew the body and arm

Drew spirals around the arm with the Pen Tool, so I could use them as a guide.

Painted the arm. Burn tool for shadows.
