Contest Moderator: yes dust and scratch removal is the ONLY thing allowed to do digital in a traditional drawing contest, changing colours and so on ISN'T allowed! ( 5 years and 3420 days ago )

I just used some Crayola pencils, some construction paper, my imagination and Morbid sense of humor. :-)
I will admit that my shading techniques could have been greatly improved just by having better quality art supplies but all I had was whatever was lying around the house.
