Great concept, but it's too dark to appreciate all the work you put into it. All you can really see are the eyes and nostrils and a bit of highlight on the back...
Edit: Much better now, we can see the entire creature.
Ok You are right. I will re-render the scene. The change from BMP, the output of Carrara, to jpg makes it darker.
