nice -- crystal seems a bit to busy ( to many details ) maybe simplify it a bit. It may look better on some sort of a background
nice work
but i agree with alan -- there are too much details, try to fix it 
just a technical point, but amethyst does not from in this way........the spikes are not right for this gem.
