I think it would help if you put a crease along the boat where it would be folded when the book closed. Also attaching the bird to the boat will make it look more like a real pop up. I know what stagflation is...high interest/inflation at the same time as economic stagnation, but that doesn't help me understand your image

Awesome! Really creative. There are some highlights on the left shoe that disappear behind the pic and the left side of that pic is curved a little weird. I would bow it out the other way to fit more with the contour of the shoe.

While this is an awesome image, I don't think it qualifies for this contest. The whole image is colored, not just one thing.

I think stems and berries are two different things, you can't describe it with one word.
