The title speaks for itself.As for a guide,it's mostly about selecting the images from the source pics and blending them together using adjustment layers like levels and color balance.The question and exclamation marks were made using the shape tool and layer styles

i just wanted to make something using only the contest image and this is what it came out

Since i first looked at the tower it remind me some sort of a face so i used mostly the liquify tool to give it the shape i wanted along with some burning tool for the shadows.Then i applied the parts from my first source picture using the warp tool on them to bring it to life ... i'm not sure thoug...
