The wind seems to be blowing the tree one way and the rain the other way. Flipping the rain layer is an easy fix.
great observation thomasms.. but during a hurricane.. the wind goes in every direction every split second.. but EXCELLENT eye..(Between you and me... HURRICANES SUCK).. hehehe.. great eye!!!
