Now that's a pretty Fish.. good luck and great job (slight blur brush on the top edge of the fish.. there is some white debris just on the edge) (just want you to get a high HIGH SCORE)

Thanks friend but that just look fine for me. Actually it's a part of the effects under the sea that were revealed thru the lighting.
The top fin is too sharp for the rest of the image - it looks "cut and paste," and the bottom is a bit too dark, going to almost pure black, but this is a creative idea, and the fish looks pretty real!
Thanks MossyB for your personal views but I wont change it cause I really want it that way. The fin is not in same texture with the other part of the fish and I applied selective lighting to highlight the elements I wanted.
