Certainly not bad. Background can stay what it is, imo. As said above, the model does need some cleaning. Check especially her feet and head, which edges can be some softer. Good luck!

EDIT: good improvements, the bit darker background suits the snake girl

also, there are some artifacts obove her right hand, and some more further above..
