Yes, she now has two ears, but they are "nubs," not full ears.
Ears generally run from the upper eyelid to the tip of the nose (except for old people - their ears can be ginormous!).

Hey there... I'm sorry if I butting in... but it's not just the hair. The head also. It seems unnatural. Try to adjust it a little bit to the up. So the face should be balance enough.
