The vines need a drop shadow.......good work though
try to keep the henna on the doll's face. it jumps out her right cheek and erase it from the hair and maybe ear

Nice idea, work on the edges a little bit and it will be much better For those edges try and go along very close to them with a small brush with soft edges, it much work, dont cut too much into the foot tho, just a tiny bit

I did not use any external brushes for drawing the henna, i used photoshop's already provided shapes in the custom shape tool to make my own brush!!

Pay more attention to edges, especially around the eyes...shadows, too.
yea i agree with cmyk46 especially around th mouth {could use more blending} also and the left side of face kinda looks as if its off of the face a liitle
reminds me of a tutorial on the top secret photoshop dvd
