Nice simple idea, but I'm wondering whether the grout in the affected area would remain black as the red is sucked down the drain... as you've made the red 'appear' as a liquid on top of the tiles...

i know what you mean JamesD , but the grout is also black on the surrounding gray tiles , i think minimalistic like this works fine , thanks for the observation

@MossyB everybody knows that "bamage" is not a word but the meaning is clear. Spoonerism sometimes work this way. Sorry if you don't like it but it's a real spoonerism.

should adjust the contrast on the giraffe.. (give it more contrast)

With some retouching on the giraffe, this image would hae an excellent looking. Ty addind more contrast, and some shadows at the left side of the neck of the giraffe to make it look a bit less flat
