Not bad, I like the hairdo on his head. The nose and mouth can do with some more definition. Also, imo the skin is a bit too much liquified, I'm pretty sure that you dont need that much liquifying to create the right skin. If you still like to use it, then try to liquify in a same certain "flow" as a real skin would be. Good luck!
