Maybe you can adjust the arm towards the rope a bit in a more natural angle. She's hanging after all. There's also a black line around the moon, that should be an easy fix.
A suggestion to make everything better: make a new layer on top and use a 5px blur tool brush (check 'sample all layers') and go over the edges of the cutout shapes. This should make everything more together.

I was just going to suggest the same thing. Her arm should be morein an upward position like Teddy's.

thanks for your help and thanks Rob for the tip, I never thought the blur tool brush would work through a blank layer, it is amazing! 
I like it too and the creative element is so good. As far as the photoshop chopping goes it all looks good to me and how wonderful it is to read all the suggestions given. A great site to learn from the best.
