Boy's face is too light. Also the man's body has an "HDR Look" to it, so maybe try to match the boy's face to the body. The boy's face is too "soft" for the body.
Actually, I "HDRed" his face and it was a perfect match but the whole idea was for it to be funny (make me smile contest), so the "baby face" was retained. I kept a slight HDR to his scalp (right at the hairline) purposely as a blending factor. My goal was to show what would happen if a baby got into the "lab" and made a boo boo. If the baby's face was hardened like the body (which I did do) it looked disturbing instead of funny.
