Maybe make the bat lighter since he is surrounded by red hell fire (I can tell he is a he for obvious reasons
). There should be reflected red/orange light. IMO the bat is lost in the darkness and doesn't stand out. Overall "Bat out of hell" is a great theme, imaginative chop, and it does look like a bat is coming out of hell. 
It's funny, just today at work I was thinking "I need to make the bat stand out more, and lighten him up", no kidding. Done and done...
I think it's a pretty cool image. I assume the "Sandstorm action" was used on the bat. Anyway, good job!
Thanks, yes the action was used on the lower portion of the bat to make it look like it was a rough time down there, lol
