The idea is very good, but your image is too small. We should be able to watch it in HD: get the size of the whole screen with one click, and then to explore details with even closer views. You should bring more care to the cut of the coins too.

Yes, as Zizounai said, the coins are not cut out well. It won't take much time to trace around them with a lasso, or use the pen tool to make the curved lines around them. There's not much contrast or hard edges in the coins, but you still may be able to use the Quick Select Tool. You have a really good idea, and it brought a smile to my face on how you used the cash register.
