Its a sea serpent. It can swim underwater and fly above it. It is a very rare endangered species so if you ever see one, don't kill it, in spite of the fact that it will most likely kill you. ;-)

This is great. Not sure if I would have used the sea bottom as it seems to put off the perspective of what is above the surface. The colors are very nice and the whole thing is alive.
Thank you for the feedback. I think I should have made it vertical instead of horizontal because then I could have made the ocean look deeper. However, it is what it is.
