Might be better to place the fish in a glass or something... The giant droplet is pretty unrealistic.
Agreed with CMYK, the drop should at best be a teardrop shape, the stream must spread towards the end, and some perspective comparison must be given instead of the black background for suspending disbelief. Or you can just opt for a glass :-P
