Just the Lasso tool, Free Transform, a little Liquify and Paintbrush adjustments along with a bit of fun.
I made a sketch as a template, and then cut pieces from the Source Image, and tweaked them to fit the sketch, merging down and painting the seams. (5 years and 3124 days ago)
