you need permission to use the wings and they are pre manipulated so you can't use them anyway. Other than that it is a nice image, hope you get the wings changed in time.

The rules allow these types of brushes, and there is nothing on that set of brushes that say you need permission, so you're ok.

Annabat, that probably because the wings have been changed now!!!!!! I look at all sources and the ones that were previously used, were in fact required to have permission, they were also premade.... thanks anyway!!

I don't like entries that use stock from deviantART myself... however that aside; I don't see either element fighting for dominance just looks like she is summoning them...

This is very nice work,nice shop...but this is not battle between the elements,they look like work together...still great work and high marks from me...
