This is a unique idea, however I would suggest trying to make the teeth more attached to the wiring and maybe remove some of the blurred edge around them. In HR it just looks like they are kind of floating above it. They just look detatched. This reminds me of old episodes of "the Bionic Woman"

I like the idea here...perhaps darken blue wiring area inside eye...for that area would be darker since the face is covering it.
