I would smooth out the edges of the eye and give the white part an inner glow to give it some depth. Good idea, good luck.
I agree with Tnaylor, also i reccomend removing the parts of the image thet you burned but that got on the wall.
Blood spatters look like they're floating in mid air...
the blood does't look very realistic to me, also the eyes are not chopped very well, but the overall idea is good
