to get this effect i placed the leather texture over the backgroung image applied a blend mode duplicated the girl layer placed it on top, applied an other blend mode. i used the liquify tool to try to make the crease more realistic and messed with the curves of the leather layer (5 years and 3536 days ago)

Interesting.. try dodging and burning a little bit just to add realism.. good otherwise.
I think its cool you can come up with inspiration and an entry that fast, and not to put you down but why do you enter it in a contest when you know its not ready for it? When you put more time in it its more fun for the other users as well to look at.. at least thats how i feel... Im looking at an image now that you know is not ready for the contest yet you do like us to comment and vote on it, what kind of comments and votes do you expect ? Im not saying this to put you down but i dont understand this and I for one would love to see the quality of the entries and the competition with that to go up so the challenge is bigger.. and more fun.
