I know it would take a ton of time.. but you might want to go in and eliminate all the gray hairs (personally, I'd just leave it as is , but I'm thinking more on the title

Very nice! He looks much younger, i think the white hairs don't fit anymore. I think at that "age" he doesn't have white hairs yet :P

you did a lot of wrk on this and not a bad idea... the shirt looks very unrealistric compatred with the rest maybe considder using a source image for that i think that will look better.
